1. Where are you located?
We are located in Jacksonville, Florida. We do not have a storefront at this time but you can often find us at Riverside Arts Market on Saturdays or other local markets. Check our events calendar for specific dates.
2. What's your Return Policy?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us so we can make it right for you.
3. How long is Processing/Shipping?
We ship out most orders within 2 business days. Custom orders such as custom shave sets can take up to 5 days to create and process. Please contact us if you have a deadline before ordering.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Google pay and Apple pay.
5. Do you offer Military Discount?
We proudly offer a 15% discount to all Military, Veterans and LEO. Please message us for a discount code.
6. Do you have anything to make my Beard Grow in Faster/Thicker?
We do not because it simply does not exist. While many companies will gladly take your money to sell you a "magic growth serum" we believe in honesty and integrity. Beard growth is determined by Genetics, Diet and good grooming habits.
